UNLABELLED: The aim of the study was to evaluate indexes of body composition in patients with obesity and diabetes mellitus type 2 during the application of a standard hypocaloric diet. MATERIAL AND METHODS: in study were included 290 patients aged of 49+/-13 years. Patients were divided in two groups: 1) patients with obesity (n= 145), and 2) patients with obesity and diabetes mellitus type 2 (n= 145).
