[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of various shoes on the static and dynamic balance of young women in their 20s.[Subjects and Methods] The subjects of the study were 15 healthy young women and repeated measured design. The subjects walked on the treadmill at a speed of 4 km/h for 30 minutes wearing three types of shoes: sneaker, rain boots, and combat boots.
